Program Content:
The instruction is standards-based allowing the teacher to anticipate which standards they will enhance by incorporating this new content knowledge and skills into their teaching practice. The program is based upon research and best practices in teacher professional development and aligned with the National Standards for Science Education, National Teaching Standards and National Board for Professional Teaching Standards (NBPTS).

2009	Technical Writing, Science Content, Research Methods - 5 Weeks. (Applicants who have completed the LLNL Teacher Research Academy Levels 1, 2 and 3 will begin with an 8 week research assignment).
2010	Mentored Internship, Technical Writing - 8 Weeks
2011	Mentored Internship, Technical Writing - 8 Weeks
