Registration:
To register online follow the directions below:

• Review your profile as you sign in to the registration web site. If you do not have a profile, click on the sign up link and complete a profile.
• Select the Energy and Environmental Technologies choice and submit registration form.
• On the returning screen in your browser, click on the link "Security Form"
• Print, complete and mail or fax the Security form to LLNL:

The completed security form MUST be received by LLNL by COB Friday, November 7, 2008 to participate in the Teller Symposium.

You will receive confirmation of your registration by email when your registration is complete. Registration is NOT complete until your security form is received by LLNL.

Identification Requirements:
To receive a visitor badge you must have ONE of the following types of identification:

• Valid (not expired) driver's license or identification card issued from any of the United States (a temporary paper license will not be accepted)
• Valid (not expired) U.S. passport
• Official US military ID
• Naturalization certificate with photograph

The Badge Office will not issue a visitor's badge to anyone not providing the required identification. Documents must be original. Photocopies will not be accepted.
